***** IMPORTANT INFORMATION *****Quotations free of charge will only be provided for instruments that are either not included withinthis price list or can not be identified by code number.Should you require a quotation even so, we will charge an additional 10.00 Euro as of June 1, 2019.For devices not included in this price list the repair price will be calculated by the spare partsrequired plus labour costs. Should we determine that the repair price will be more than 50% of theoriginal price we will inform you immediately and you will receive a quotation free of charge.Should you require a detailed quotation (only for devices not included in the price list), there will beno charge with permission to repair; otherwise the charge will 10% of the gross repair sum, at least45,00 plus VAT.Devices that have been provided with a quotation will automatically be returned freight forwardmarked „Unrepariert/unrepaired“ should we not receive an order for the repair within 3 weeks. For alldevices sent to us for repairs we reserve the right to exhange „in part“ or „in total“.Conditions for RepairAll repairs are executed according to the category chosen (see above) and include, unless the item isdiscontinued, spare parts as well as labour cost.
