Our goal withthe single invoice format is to combine all warehouse location invoices into one cleanlayout providing you with all of the information you need all in one place.Some benefits of our new format include: "Item(s) shipped separately from kit" comments will now be tied to the line item and kit,including kit pricing. Invoices have all been re-formatted for improvement in readability. Sales order acknowledgement will be sent with packing slip showing the entire order,including shipping location for each part and freight for entire order, if quoted by salesperson. E-mailed invoices will be a PDF attachment of actual invoice.IMPROVING OUR EFFIENCY TO BETTER SERVE, YOU!Reliance Power Parts — Part number consolidationIn efforts to avoid customer confusion and improve company efficiency, ReliancePower Parts has changed its part number system effective 9/28/15. All of our enginecomponents and kits have been reassigned a Reliance based part number. The new partnumber system utilizes the OEM part number with a part number prefix.This change brings: Improved cataloging and lookup – Since the OEM number is contained within the partnumber you can rest assured that you’re receiving the correct part. Backward compatibility – You can still call in with the old number (Howard Enterprises, Tom’sAgri-Diesel, Endurance or Reliance). Uniform Packaging – The new number will appear on all packaging. If an order is coming fromtwo separate warehouses, the package and part number on matching parts will be the same. Invoices and other customer facing documentation will include the number you ordered aswell as our new number. The HTC Combine & Clutch part numbers are not affected by this numbering change.As we continue to grow, Reliance Power Parts remains committed to serving you and yourbusiness.
